Earlier this month the Business Connector held an event at the NSCC Springhill Campus on Export Opportunities. We thank everyone who came out and joined us that day! The Cumberland Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge is for youth ages 17 and under who want to launch a new business, turn a hobby into a business, or grow a small business that they own. There will be 9 regional awards within Cumberland County of $500 each as well as 6 sector awards of $500 for ideas including clean technology, information technology, forestry, agricultural, retail/food service, or tourism. For a total of 15 awards of $500 plus 2 overall grand prizes of $1000. Find the application form and poster below for more information. Application Deadline is Monday May 13, 2019 at 5:00PM!
